So I have been thinking lately ( ok just today) about a phrase I have been saying lately. The phrase is " You don't know how much money I would pay to see that" I usually say this after I am talking about some geeky thing that either seems impossible or is impossible.
So since I have not written a blog in a while I took this random thought about the phrase and decided to run with it. What would I really pay this infinte amount of money to achieve/see/have ?
Now before I get into this I should probably explain a little bit about what this list will probably be entitled of. Now I am fully aware that if I this amazing power, I should probably solve a few of the worlds problems before I accomplish any of these listed items. These items will primarilay be made up of things on the top of my head that my nerdy heart desires, things that while might not seem important to you ( or most of the world) are incredible important to me. So with that in mind here comes the list.
1. Marry Emma Stone, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Hayley Williams, Zooey Deschanel, and Mila Kunis.
2. Give Firefly at least five more seasons
3. Have Heath Ledger's Joker and Tom Hardy's Bane meet..... just meet, interact, anything of that nature.
4. Have a good League of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie be made, one that doesn't create another hell in a universe that none of us will ever find.
5. Punch R.L. Stine right in the face...... it needs to be done.
6. Have a good Resident Evil movie be made, watch the new trailer for Resident Evil five and try to tell me that resembles a good film at all.
7. Have a live action cross over of Dexter and Sherlock
8. Have a live action cross over of Batman and Dexter
9. Have Spiderman make some kind of apperence in the next Avengers movie.
10. Share an apartment with Joss Whedon, Neil Gaimen, Ryan Gosling, and Seth Rogan
11. Have a drink with Ernest Hemmingway
12. Play pool with Ryan Gosling
13. Fight Zombies with Ryan Gosling.......... and Simon Pegg.... and Nick Frost
14. Have the Justice League and the Avengers along with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Blade and the Winchester Brothers be transported to the Twilight Universe and have them destroy ever vampie ......all of them.
15. Explain to Stephenie Meyer how she almost ripped my soul to pieces when she created the Twilight Universe.
16. Have Joss Whendon write/ direct all of the Avengers films ever made and any Justice League that will be made.
17. Have a life sized model of the Tardis in my home.
18. Follow Jason Statam around for a day
19. Kick the door into every resturant I go to.
And finally ..................
20. Buy a state of the art duplicate of the DeLorean from Back to the Future.

Power Ranger's reboot dream cast
Well hello everyone. It has been one month since I have last blogged so I have decided that I will blog once a month. That right now is my writing goal for the blog, maybe Ill blog more, but I definetley won't blog less. So this thought occured to me while at work ( this is how boring my job is), with the plethora of reboots, remakes, and reinvisions coming out in the magical land of film these days, I am suprised that the classic 90's kids show ( I refuse to admit that the newer addisons not only count, but exist) the Power Ranger's. I would like to offical throw my hat in as a creative consultant/ writer ( anyone out there doing this reboot hint hint) I mean if you look the basic premise it's not bad..... remeber I said not bad, not amazing, but not bad. I am looking at the cast of the film by the way. So here is my dream cast for this completely ridiculous concept. Again sorry for no pictures I am terrible at technology
The Red Ranger/ Rocky DeSantos: Robert Downey Jr.
Robert Downey Jr. in my opinion is one of the greatest actors alive today. The man is one of the greatest method actors of all time, you could cast him as anything and the man would make you believe that he truley is it. Who else would play the defacto lead of the Power Rangers ? The man will bring something to the role that would make it his own and hopefully bring a little bit of the Tony Stark charm as well.
The Black Ranger/ Adam Park: Tom Hardy
I know what you are all thinking, wasn't the black ranger black. Now to make this reboot different ( and try to stear away from Zordon looking like a rascit) I am going to cast a white actor. I feel that to any group you need a big guy, a guy who nobody wants to fuck with, who could kick anything and everythings ass that comes at him. Someone with a possible hidden tragic past and has a heart of gold? Who can play this better than Tom Hardy, I dare you to watch the movie Warrior and tell me that he doesn't play that character at it's best., but
The Blue Ranger/ Billy Cranston: Donald Glover:
To me the blue ranger was always the comic relief. The spiderman if you will to the group, always fighting along with everyone else, but making some quick quip while doing it. Nobody can do this this better than Donald Glover. If you have not heard of Donald I would suggest you go and watch either Community or the Mystery Team, both are prime examples on why he is one of the great up and coming comics.
Tommy Oliver/ The White Ranger: Chris Pine
So to me Tommy Oliver was always the cocky pro of the group, a guy who had faught before so now he feels that he is the best. He feels like he should be leader, but will be there for you when you need him. Who better to play this man than Chris Pine aka Captian Kirk from the new Star Trek. I mean Chris has the cocky thing down pretty well, while still leaving you with the hint that he know what he is doing and should be on the team. Chris is one of the best up and coming actors and I think that he would a great addition to this film
Kimberly Hart/ The Pink Ranger: Jessica Biel
So to me the Pink Ranger is a person who is confident person, she knows why she is part the group and embraces everything that the group stands for. She doesnt have a personal life, doesn't want one. She feels that she needs to prove herself on a team of the this cailbur. To me Jessica Biel perfectly embodies that. Though many of her movies have sucked ( Blade Trinty, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot any one ?) I feel like that doesn't make her a terrible actress. For action actresses out there I would probably put her up there in the top tier of good ones. By the way I do realize that this pretty close to being the opposite of what the original Pink ranger was like... I again don't want to typecast something.
The Yellow Ranger/ Trini Campbell : Zooey Deschanel
I would make the Yellow Ranger would of course the exact oppoiste of the Pink Ranger. She doesn't feel that she needs to impress any of the other rangers. Being a ranger doesnt fill up her life, she puts her life and being a ranger into two different catagoreys. Two words Zoey Deschanel
Ok for the rest I think just giving a cast listing should be sufficiant.
Skull aka Larger bully: John Goodman
Bulk aka Smaller bully: Charlie Day
Alpha 5: Woody Allen or Billy Crystal
Zordon: Clint Eastwood
Rita Repulsa: Elizabeth Banks
Lord Zedd : John Malkovich
Ivan Ooze : Ralphin Fines
So this is my dream cast for the Power Rangers Reboot, personally I think it's the best dream cast that I have ever put on here, but that's just my opinion.

5 reasons why Hayley Williams is just simpley amazing... while listening to Amish Paradise?
Hello anyone reading this. I have not posted a blog in quiet a long time and I feel bad for that. Why have a blog if you are not going to post in it right ? So I am going to try and post in it more often now, not just because of the fact that I should post in a blog becasue if I didn't there would be no point in having a blog, but also as kind of a writing exerise. So I was trying to think of a blog topic and decided that I will start doing list of things, because as you know there is nothing in the world as original as making lists of nerd things. So to start off my listapoloza I think I shall start by talking about a person that I definetly have a major celebrity crush on and that would be Mrs. Hayley Williams. I don't really think it's weird to dedicate a whole blog to one woman, since well many of the songs, books, and poems that we know are dedicated to woman, so suck it. She is the frontwoman for one of my favorite bands ever, Paramore. I would also add that she is possibly my favorite female lead singer....EVER! I would put a picture of her up, but I have not fully figured out how the internet works so until then just goggle her yourself ....weridoes.
1. Reason 1: Her Hair. I know it's an odd thing to start with and isn't helping my whole " this isn't werid thing" but oh well. If any of you are Paramore fanatics like me, you will know that through out the timeline of Paramore, Hayley's hair has been quiet.....unique for a long time. A lot of colors and all the time it just looks amazing. I respect anyone who has enough self confidence to have a unique hair styler/color because that definetly says " To hell with what other things of me, I want to be happy with myself" I hope to reach that point fully.
2. Reason 2: That Voice. To even say that she has an amazing voice kind of seems like an insult to me. I could listen to her singing Ice Ice Baby, hell I would pay for a cd full of terrible songs sung by her. I would listen to her sing " The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe and be happy with life. Her song Teenagers on the Jennifer's Body Soundtrack is probably the only good thing about that awful movie. I expect when I go to heaven to either hear her voice... or the voice of Jason Seagle. One thing that I find incredible attractive (besides crazy hair of course) is a woman who has a voice, don't know what it is but that's just me I guess.
3. Reason 3: Her Duet with Weezer of Rainbow Connection. Fun Fact about me, one of my favorite songs of all time is Rainbow Connection. I could listen to this song everyday, any hour. So when I heard that not only Weezer ( one of the greatest 90's bands ever!!) that also Hayley was singing on it. Great day. Her voice with that amazing song and Weezer in the background.... words do not describe the amazingness. Now if only she would do a cover of Smells like Teen Spirit and Heart Shaped Box. If such things exist anyone who tells me about it will get the best virtual hug ever!
4. Reason 4: She is incredible beautiful. I know this is basicaly a cop out, but I am incredibly fine with that. to sound less creepy I am just going to leave it at this and say that she has the face of an angel... who is also in a badass band with a tuxudo t-shirt on that says I'm formal but I'm also here to party.
5. Reason 5: Her Personality. Now time to bring the room down. This is all speculative since... well I haven't met her ever, but from interviews and things of that nature she seems like a truley nice person. You always hear of those famous people out there in ole Hollywood that people that you look up to arn't really what they seem to be, which is a major let down. To me she just seems like she wouldn't be one of those celebrities and if my assumptions are correct then there will be no major let downs around here anymore.
So that there is my list. If you liked .. awesome, if not... thanks any ways. If you have any suggestions on what lists you would like to see feel free to tell me, I am always up for suggestions. So goodnight and good luck my friends.

Random thoughts- Dress shirt, Tie, and... Jeans ?
Is it odd for a guy to worry so much about his apperance as I do ? I'm not talking about my actual appereance I am talking about my out fit. I think I am kind of digging a hole of unmanlessness here, but what I am trying to get at really is that I think I have a very healthy obssesion with waring a Dress shirt, with some kind of Tie, and Jeans. If I had a decent pair of converse I would ware those also, but for now I stick with dress shoes. When I ware this attair, I don't know I feel kind of like a real author. That probably sounds kind of pathetic, but I can't really be sorry for something like that, it's just who I am. That's not to say with out this attair I feel like less of a writer or anything like that, but I don't know it kind of makes me feel like I am on top of the world, nothing can hurt me when I have my trademark attair. It's kind of like a knights armor, but more a less a geeks armor.

Bad days suck
What is about good days where it seems like ten bad days are around the corner ? Bad days have haunted every good that I have had for a long time. It's like for every amazing moment that I have where I just forget any problem or just any stupid nonsense that comes at me, a moment of suckeyness comes and screws it up and makes everything ten times worse. It makes me question when can I just be happy ? I mean I hear of all my friends just constantly being happy, why can't I be like that ? This one thing that made my want to write a book about a suicidal author, that and my own battles with being suicidal, but writing it without a pessimistic view is quiet hard. I want it to have this uplifting feeling to it but I just don't feel uplifted. I miss the days were I could just vent to one person and they would assure me like no one else could that everything will be all right. I just wanted you all to know Bad Days Suck !!!

Breakfast club remake/ Remakes in General.... Possibly John Hughes Remakes, Midnight Run
So here I am again, it's about 4:12 a.m. and I am writing a blog. What is different though is I kind of have a reason for writing this blog ( as if I am writing to stop some major catastrophe). So I decided to look up some covers of songs, like I do alot, because of course I am a big fan of cover songs, I don't they have intrest me seeing a song or a story from someone else point of view ( which is kind of hypocritical to the whole point of this blog). So of course I went to Yellowcard's performence of Don't You Forget About Me at the 2003 VMA's( one of the few good things to come fake award shows.) It is to me one of the best performences of any song ever, it mixes what is an amazing song with with clips that just seem to fit perfectly with how they are playing it. Every time I see it, I have to fight back tears knowing that we as a world will never see a Hughes film again. Breakfast Club is one of my favorite movies of all time, but I think putting it like that is putting it lightly. Breakfast Club is one of the few movies that I can say is more then a movie to me ( a really short list for me), it's a movie that just brings up so much amazing, painful, confusing, and changing memories for me. I honestly think that it's John Hughes Magnum Opus, though basiclay all of his films are classics ( his is honestly one of the few filmmakers or storytellers to ever get how young adults are) Breakfast Club is a film were everything just seems to align so perfectly. The cast is amazing, the dialouge is realistic to the point were even the 80s talk doesn't bother me, music of course is amazing, there are very few things wrong with this movie. The movie to me just showed me an important message of life really, life sucks sometimes. Through out high school no matter what problem I went through I knew that somebody was going to be there for me going through the same thing. It also taught me the age old lesson of not judging a book by it's cover, who gives a shit if someone is a geek and your a jock, people are people and to deny someone the same respect you ask for is a terrible thing. So to get to my point, I have come to a conclusion that Breakfast Club is one of the few movies that should never be remade. Now I'm some film snab saying that no film should ever be remade. I mean granted there are many films that probably shouldn't be remade, but I will give them a chance, I mean everybody was saying that remaking Dawn of the Dead was a terrible idea, but look what happened we got what I think is one of the best zombie movies ever made. The Thomas Crown Affair, Ocean's Eleven, The Fly, Scareface, The Thing all examples of why remakes work when done right. But to me John Hughe's films in general are just forbidden ground. I mean can you honestly see anyone else but Molly as Samantha Baker, or how about Shia as Bender ( scary thought, no offense Shia I seem to be one of the few people left who still likes you) or and I shutter thinking this Michael Cera as Brian Johnson. Hell I can't think of anyone else as Keith Nelson besides Eric Stoltz he was that character. I heard already ( take that as more of a rumor because these things float around all the time) that they were thinking about remaking Ferris Buller's Day Off. The fact that they would even think about touching that film makes me worry about Planes, Trains, and Automobiles ( favorite Hughes film). But realisticly to me all of those besides maybe Ferris and Planes, all of those could be remade and I think that I would be fine with it. But Breakfast Club is unremakeable. Any attempt to remake it will fail, I'm not doubting any actor todays talents, but it would be like someone going back to remake Jaws or Monty Python and the Holy Grail. You have something that will be remembered by generations for being so great that in a way it surpassed it genre and should be on the list of greatest films ever made. To even try and remake would tarnish the romantizism of it a little bit. Really that's all I got to say about that. Oh and why has no one tried a Midnight Run remake, that is one thing I would love to write, there is a film that is pretty good amd the remake with some of the amazing actors we have today, WOW I am having goosebumps thinking about it, sorry for the little geek out.
See you later

Randomness: Titan A.E, Lit, Molly Ringwald, Rammstein, Heavy Metal music, Crappy Films,Nick Cage
So I have not written a blog for quiet sometime now, kind of mixture of being lazy and just being busy, I know oxymoron oh well. I kind of like this whole random thought format so I think I will stick to it for a while, and if you don't like thank you for reading my blog, I now know someone is reading my blog enough to not like a format, kind of a win if you think about it. So right now I am half way watching Under Seige 2: Dark Territory, Listening to Lit and writing a little bit on my stories. That brings up a question what ever happened to Lit ? I mean personally I always liked them, thought they were a good band who had at least a few hits like Over My Head ( on one of my favorite animated movies ever Titan A.E.), Miserable ( one of my favorite music videos ever, look it up), and My Own Worst Enemy( Just one of my favorite songs ever, have been considering listening to it and writing something).I mean at one time they were at least kind of big, they were part of that late ninties movement of poppy rock music that was not pop and wasen't alt rock, but really wasen't pop rock I dont really know to discribe it. Molly Ringwald might be 80s crush, like Ally Sheedy, Lea Thompson, Kelly LeBrock, and Phoebe Cates are all extemly beautiful ladies, but Molly was just I dont Know, she just had something that was like " Man she so hot, but she gets what us nerdy guys are going through, dont go for Jake Ryan Go for Jacob Pierce" kind of thing. Listening to Rammstein's Dont die before I do( Translated Title), it could honestly be one of the most depressing songs in the world, some people try to say that that Rammstein has no lyrical vaule, but that kind of seems like a load of crap. Why does Rammstein have no musical vaule ? Because they are a heavy band ? I hate the whole hippster hate against Heavy Metal music " It's not John Mayer so it's not good" " It's not the Dave Mattews band so why listen". I am sorry they try to do something more then depress the shit out of everyone, I mean granted I will always say that I love the depressing crap like no other, but that doesn't mean I think that the heavy stuff has any less of a meaning to their songs. One thing I worry about is like lets say are civalization is destroyed and aliens or the remaining kids of the humans who survived come to earth and some how find out about love of crappy movies, that the will then base all there movies off of those because they think they are the way to do film. Granted there are many things wrong with the situation I just said but hopefully you got what I meant. I am a man who loves to watch terrible movies. Not only do I love it, I can only do it with other people so then I am bringing down someone else in my terrible habit. I can not tell you why I love them so much, like after I watch a movie that amazes me like watching Ghost Dog and then watching Killer Clowns from Outerspace. It might be the fact that I love the chesseness, maybe it's the fact that someone could actually work on this and say " Yep the public should see this" ( Nick Cage ?). Also what the hell happened to Nick Cage ? I know it's really trendie to talk about Nick Cage and all, but this is a honest question coming from a Nick Cage fan. I know that he has had some trouble with money latley, but that does not excuse Drive Angry, Ghost Rider, Season of the Witch, Next, Knowing, and G-Force. The man was a above average actor I mean look at Adaptaion, The Rock, Con Air ( I know I like it cause it is kind of rediculious and also goes into my love of just crazy action films), The National Treasure Series ( what can I say I love history and I love the whole Indiana Jones think, thought Nick is extremely different then Indy I am just saying), Leaving Las Vegas, and of course Rasing Arizona. I am thinking of starting a compain of bring back sane Nick Cage, but I am kind of worried that he is long gone. Well Seya
